I've always been excited by movement and how we can grow stronger through its practice. As a Brazilian Jujitsu Purple belt and avid Yoga practitioner I'm always looking for ways to improve mobility while also making strength gains. In 2016 I began working with high end fashion models and their agencies in order to provide a healthy, long term answer to staying in such a specific shape. The methods used with these professionals are the exact same I would use for people with deadline specific fitness goals such as weddings or holidays.
In 2018 I began my journey as a sports massage therapist furthering my understanding of the human body and how it recovers from trauma. This decision was spurred on by my own injuries and the amazing physical therapists who helped me through my rehab. Just like them I want to help people claim back their health and get back to doing what they love most!
